Rates and delivery destinations

Shipping charges and available shipping methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your items and delivery address. Available destinations may vary by product and fulfillment partner. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Processing times and delivery estimates vary by product, supplier, shipping method, and destination. Check the product page and checkout for any estimates shown, or contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a specific guarantee is expressly stated. Transit time does not necessarily include order processing time. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and customs may affect delivery.

Separate packages

We work with fulfillment partners, so products in the same order may ship separately, arrive on different days, and have different tracking numbers. Applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete checkout.

Tracking and address changes

We send shipment information when tracking becomes available. Please confirm your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if you spot an error; changes may not be possible once processing or shipment has started.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages

If tracking has stopped updating, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or something arrives damaged, email owner@paloahco.com or use our Contact page with your order number. We will investigate with the relevant fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy removes remedies required by law.

International orders

Where international delivery is offered, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges may apply. Charges collected by us are displayed at checkout; destination authorities or carriers may collect additional charges. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about costs or delivery eligibility.
